This is a narrow plant tray, I brought it to stand plant pots in on my window sill and it is perfect for the job. Having no drainage holes means I can water the plants without making a mess and move them as one if I need to.Without drainage holes it is not suitable for putting soil directly in the tray for planting. The plactic is sturdy but could be too brittle for drilling holes in, best to buy one already made holy!
